• All payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
• Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or unauthorized account usage may result in termination and legal action.
• Refunds are only granted at our sole discretion in cases of unresolved technical issues.
• Chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from our services unless the user provides a valid reason for the dispute and resolves the issue with LegendScript support within a reasonable timeframe.

• Bypassing, tampering with, or attempting to exploit LegendScript's security measures is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts are non-transferable and must be used only by the registered user.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, you must report it immediately.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. Any unauthorized access due to weak passwords or negligence is solely the responsibility of the user.

Users must not engage in activities that are unlawful, harmful, or violate intellectual property rights. LegendScript is not responsible for any user-generated content and reserves the right to remove any objectionable material.
